We are a growing pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice serving Westlake Village, the Conejo Valley, and Ventura County, with our flagship Westlake Village clinic and sensory gym opening November 1, 2026. Who we are hiring

We regularly look for pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP and CFs), Occupational Therapists with sensory integration experience or interest, SLPAs and COTAs, and warm, organized administrative support. Experience with Early Start and Regional Center families is a plus, and bilingual clinicians are especially welcome.

Speech therapy and occupational therapy in one practice

Some children need help learning to talk. Others need help with handwriting, coordination, or coping with noise and textures. Many need both. Therapy Clubhouse is led by Nita Anavim, M.S., CCC-SLP, and Rachel Yashouafar, MA, OTR/L, so a family who needs speech and occupational therapy can arrange both through one practice instead of managing two providers, two intake processes and two schedules.
