How We Measure Progress

How We Measure Your Child's Progress

"How will I know if therapy is working?" is the question every parent should ask — and most providers never answer clearly. Here is exactly how Therapy Clubhouse sets goals, tracks progress, and decides when your child is done.

Goals you can actually see

Every plan starts with an evaluation and goals written in plain language about real life — "uses two-word phrases to ask for help during play," not clinical jargon. You approve the goals before therapy begins, so we are always measuring against something you understand and care about.

Therapist reviewing progress goals and next steps with a parent

Data every session, updates you can read

Your therapist collects data in every session and reviews patterns with you regularly — what is mastered, what is emerging, and what we are adjusting. Because parents are part of sessions, you will rarely be surprised by a progress report: you will have watched the progress happen.

Honest graduation — not endless therapy

When data shows your child has met their goals and skills are holding up in daily life, we say so and plan a graduation — with milestones to watch and an open door if new needs appear. And if progress stalls, we change the approach rather than repeating it. You will never be left wondering why therapy is continuing.
