Parents rarely arrive with a diagnosis. They arrive with a worry. Whatever brought you here, this page maps the concerns and conditions we support so you can find the right starting point for your child, ages 0 to 18.
We support late talkers and speech delays, articulation and speech clarity, childhood apraxia of speech, stuttering and fluency, receptive and expressive language, social communication, and AAC for non-speaking children. Not sure which fits? A speech and language evaluation gives you a clear answer.
Our occupational therapists support sensory processing differences, fine motor and handwriting challenges, coordination and motor planning, regulation during routines and transitions, and independence skills like dressing and mealtimes, starting with a pediatric OT evaluation when it is unclear where to begin.
We provide speech and occupational therapy for autistic children with neurodiversity-affirming, play-based care, and we support children with ADHD, developmental delays, Down syndrome, and other genetic differences. We do not provide diagnoses or ABA. We work alongside your child's physicians and team.
Children under 3 with delays may qualify for no-cost Early Intervention through Tri-Counties Regional Center. We are a TCRC provider and can help you navigate the process from first referral to first session.
Therapy Clubhouse provides pediatric speech and occupational therapy for children from birth through age 18, across a wide range of needs. Whether your child is an infant showing early signs of delay, a preschooler working on talking and play, a school-age child building handwriting and focus, or a teen developing communication and independence, our licensed therapists tailor care to your child's stage and goals.
Every child is different, so every plan is individualized. We write goals in plain language, tie them to what matters in your child's day, and adjust as your child grows. Because we offer in-home and telehealth visits across Westlake Village, the Conejo Valley, and Ventura County, support meets your family where you are.
We believe therapy should feel encouraging, not clinical. Sessions are play-based and child-led, building on your child's interests and strengths so learning feels natural. We partner closely with you, share strategies you can use at home, and measure progress honestly, celebrating real gains and graduating children when they are ready.

What ages do you serve? Birth through 18.
Do you treat both speech and OT needs? Yes, and we coordinate care when a child benefits from both.
Do you take insurance? Not yet. We are private pay and out of network while insurance credentialing is in progress. We provide superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement, and we also work with Tri-Counties Regional Center funding, HSA, FSA, and private pay.

Developmental and communication differences are a common part of childhood. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that about 1 in 6 children ages 3 to 17 (17.3%) has a developmental disability, and nearly 1 in 12 (7.7%) has a disorder related to voice, speech, language, or swallowing. The CDC’s most recent data identify about 1 in 31 eight-year-olds (3.2%) with autism spectrum disorder, while the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders reports that 5 to 10% of children stutter and speech sound disorders affect 8 to 9% of young children. Across all of these areas, early speech and occupational therapy give children the best opportunity to build skills during the years when development moves fastest.
