Speech and OT Therapy: Private Pay, HSA, FSA, and Regional Center

How to Access Our Speech and Occupational Therapy Services

There’s more than one way to access therapy at Therapy Clubhouse. Whatever your situation, our team will help you understand your options and next steps.

Families using insurance

Therapy Clubhouse is private pay and out of network. Insurance credentialing is in progress, and we are not in network with any plan yet. Many families with out-of-network benefits still receive partial reimbursement, and we provide a superbill after each visit that you can submit to your insurer. Our team will help you understand your benefits before services begin. Accepted funding options:

  • Out-of-network benefits, using the superbills we provide
  • HSA/FSA accounts
  • Out-of-network superbills (when applicable)

Ways to Pay for Pediatric Therapy

We want cost to be the least stressful part of getting your child support. Therapy Clubhouse offers several ways to pay for speech and occupational therapy, and we are happy to walk you through the options during a free consultation. Many families use a combination of the approaches below.

Insurance

Insurance

Some families use private health insurance for pediatric therapy. Because plans vary widely in what they cover for speech and occupational therapy, we help you understand your benefits and what to ask your insurer, including whether services are in or out of network and what documentation may be needed.

Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC)

Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC)

For eligible infants and toddlers, Tri-Counties Regional Center can fund early intervention services. If you think your child may qualify, we can point you toward the referral process and coordinate care once services are approved.

HSA, FSA, and Private Pay

HSA, FSA, and Private Pay

Many families use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for therapy, and we offer straightforward private-pay options with transparent pricing. For out-of-network plans, we can provide a superbill you may submit for possible reimbursement.
