Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

How you give consent. You may provide your mobile number and your consent to Therapy Clubhouse by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, by giving written consent on our patient intake paperwork, or by giving verbal consent to our office staff. The consent box is never pre-checked, and consent is never assumed.

Types of SMS communications. If you have consented to receive text messages from Therapy Clubhouse, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation notices
• Notices when a therapist is running late or a session must be canceled
