Accessibility

Last reviewed: October 14, 2026

We want every family to be able to use this website. That includes parents and caregivers who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen zoom, or other tools.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities.

Display options on this site

Every page has a round accessibility button in the bottom left corner. It opens display options. You can make text bigger, raise the contrast, invert the colors, highlight links, or pause animations. Your choices apply on the device you are using.

Most phones and computers also have their own zoom and color settings.

How we check

We test key pages with an automated checker. Our latest check was on October 14, 2026. It covered our homepage, contact page, service pages, a town page, a blog article, and our payment options page.

Tools like this cannot catch everything. So we also welcome reports from anyone who has trouble using this site.

If something gets in your way

If any part of this site is hard to use, please tell us. Tell us too if you need information from it in another format. We will work with you to get you the information or service you need.

It helps to tell us which page you were on and what happened.

Content from other companies

Some parts of this site come from outside services, such as our cookie notice. We cannot always change how they work. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help.
