How it works
Tell us what you are noticing about your child.
You are told what your family would pay, before you commit.
Your child is seen by our speech or occupational therapist.
You work with us. Village handles the billing and anything you owe.
Families across Westlake Village and the Conejo Valley have rated Therapy Clubhouse 5.0 on Google (read all reviews on Google). In their words:
Our role
Therapy Clubhouse is your child's provider. We evaluate, we treat, and we keep you updated. That is our whole role.
For families using Village, we do not handle any part of the money. We do not bill you, we do not collect payment, and we do not hold you responsible for payment to us. Coverage, billing and anything you owe sit entirely between you, your insurance plan and Village.
If you have a question about a bill, a copay, a deductible or your coverage, Village is who to ask. If you have a question about your child's therapy, that is us.
Families who choose private pay instead of insurance do pay Therapy Clubhouse directly.
Why Village exists
Brandon Terry, Village's co-founder and CEO, has written about his daughter Payton, who was born with a rare genetic condition and was diagnosed at two months old.
"My daughter had 5 surgeries in 2 years and we started early intervention therapies immediately. We quickly learned that we were on our own. We had great doctors, but no singular doctor or medical professional helping us figure out each step of our journey."
"There has to be a better way. This is why we're building Village."
Village notes that families often wait 12+ months to get started when early intervention matters most, and that coverage gaps and high out-of-pocket costs force families into difficult trade-offs.
That is the gap we are closing. Your child is seen by Therapy Clubhouse therapists, Village handles the insurance and the billing, and no family waits a year to be seen.

Questions
If I use Village, will I still have to pay anything, or just my copay?
Therapy Clubhouse does not bill you and does not collect payment from Village families. Anything you owe is handled directly between you and Village, based on your own insurance plan. Village lets you use your insurance benefits to cover part of the cost of therapy, instead of paying the full private-pay rate. What you owe depends on your plan and can include a copay, coinsurance, a deductible or other patient responsibility. Village also charges its own fee for each visit, in addition to your copay or deductible. Village verifies your coverage and tells you your number before you commit.
Besides my copay, is there any other cost?
Yes. Village charges its own fee for each visit, called a Non-Covered Service Fee. It pays for the support Village gives outside the session itself: care coordination, Village’s systems and technology, and Vera, Village’s AI care navigator. It is separate from your copay, coinsurance or deductible, and it is paid to Village, not to us. Village goes over the expected cost with you before therapy starts.
Is Therapy Clubhouse in-network with my insurance?
Not directly, not yet. We are working toward our own credentialing. Today, Village is how insurance works with Therapy Clubhouse. Village holds the contracts with the plans and handles the billing, and your child is seen by our therapists.
Is Village my insurance company?
No. Village does not replace your insurance and you keep the plan you already have. Village is the company that holds the contract with your insurer and handles the billing for your child’s therapy.
What will I actually pay?
What you owe depends on your own plan and can include a copay, coinsurance, a deductible or other patient responsibility, paid to Village rather than to us. Village also charges its own fee for each visit, on top of your plan's share. Your coverage is verified through Village first, so you know the number before you commit to anything.
Do I have to use insurance?
No. Private pay is available, and we are happy to provide a superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Children under 3 who qualify may receive Early Start services through Tri-Counties Regional Center.
My plan is not on the list. Is it worth calling?
Yes. The list above is what we can currently work with through Village, and plans change. If insurance turns out not to be a fit, private pay and Regional Center pathways may still work for your family.
One free 15-minute call with a licensed therapist. No commitment, and if we are not the right fit for your child we will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.
Which services. Speech-language therapy and occupational therapy, the two services Therapy Clubhouse provides. Coverage for a specific service still depends on your plan, which is why it is verified before anything begins.
Telehealth. Telehealth is available, and your child must be physically located in California during sessions. Whether your plan covers telehealth is one of the things verified before you start.
Regional Center and Early Start. Those pathways are separate and still available. Therapy Clubhouse is a contracted provider with Tri-Counties Regional Center for Early Start and Early Intervention. You can read about Regional Center and payment options here.
About the plan list. The insurers above are the plans we can currently work with through Village, and are subject to change. Insurance networks change, and two families with the same insurer can have very different plans. Village confirms your specific plan, your benefits and your location before anything begins. This is a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee of coverage. If your plan is not listed it is still worth a call: private pay and Regional Center pathways may fit.
Village is a separate company from Therapy Clubhouse. Coverage, benefits and out-of-pocket cost are confirmed by Village for each family before services begin. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of coverage or payment by any health plan. Insurer names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners. Therapy Clubhouse provides pediatric speech-language therapy and occupational therapy. This page is general information for families and is not medical advice.
Therapy Clubhouse offers pediatric speech therapy, occupational therapy, Early Intervention support, in-home therapy and telehealth to families from Ventura and Oxnard through the Conejo Valley and much of the San Fernando Valley to Santa Monica and Burbank, with our Westlake Village clinic opening December 1, 2026.

Some children need help learning to talk. Others need help with handwriting, coordination, or coping with noise and textures. Many need both. Therapy Clubhouse is led by Nita Anavim, M.S., CCC-SLP, and Rachel Yashouafar, MA, OTR/L, so a family who needs speech and occupational therapy can arrange both through one practice instead of managing two providers, two intake processes and two schedules.
