Rachel Yashouafar is a registered and licensed occupational therapist (MA, OTR/L) and co-founder of Therapy Clubhouse who helps children from birth to 18 develop motor, sensory, and everyday-living skills through play-based, family-included therapy.
Rachel Yashouafar is a licensed occupational therapist and co-founder of Therapy Clubhouse. She works with infants, toddlers, children, and teens throughout Westlake Village, the Conejo Valley, and surrounding Ventura County communities, in the home, over telehealth, and (beginning December 1, 2026) at the Westlake Village clinic. Rachel's approach is warm, practical, and grounded in how children actually live their days: getting dressed, handling transitions, playing with friends, managing big feelings, and keeping up at school. Therapy goals are built around real routines so progress shows up where it matters most, at home and in the classroom.
